Pack&Co is operated by Astric LLC. The terms below cover your use of Pack&Co specifically, and apply alongside Astric's broader Terms of Service, which cover all Astric products and services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using Pack&Co services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.
2. Services
Pack&Co, operated by Astric LLC, provides mail receiving (CMRA), package handling, shipping, workspace, and related services. Our service location will be announced before launch.
3. CMRA Authorization
As a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA), Pack&Co receives mail on your behalf under USPS Form 1583. By using our services, you authorize Astric LLC as your agent for mail receiving purposes in accordance with USPS regulations.
4. Membership & Billing
Plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Founding member rates are locked for the lifetime of the membership. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
5. Mail & Package Handling
Mail and package hold periods, overage fees, and unclaimed item policies are determined by your membership tier. Items held beyond the allowed period may incur additional fees or be returned to sender per our published schedule.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Pack&Co services to receive illegal items, hazardous materials, or items prohibited by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your membership.
7. Limitation of Liability
Astric LLC and Pack&Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Pack&Co services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
