Pack&Co is operated by Astric LLC. This policy describes how we handle information you share with Pack&Co, and applies alongside Astric's broader Privacy Policy, which covers all Astric products and services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, payment information, USPS Form 1583 data, and quiz responses used to recommend a membership tier.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for service delivery (mail and package handling), account communications, billing and payment processing, analytics to improve our services, and to comply with legal obligations including USPS CMRA regulations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with: payment processors (Stripe) for billing, shipping carriers for package delivery, the United States Postal Service as required for Form 1583 compliance, and as otherwise required by law.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Neon (PostgreSQL) for database services, Vercel for application hosting, and Stripe for payment processing. All data is encrypted in transit via TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email support@gopackco.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use localStorage for user preferences such as language and theme settings. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
